Dearness Allowance DA Revised to 86

Government have revised the Dearness Allowance of State Government Employees and Dearness Relief of Pensioners with effect from 01/01/2015. 

The Govt Order GO(P)No.335/2015/Fin dated 07/08/2015 published. The rate of DA will be enhanced from the existing rate of 80% to 86% with effect from 01.01.2015.

The DA at the enhanced rate will be paid in cash with the salary for the month of August 2015 onwards. The arrear for the period from 1.1.15 to 31.7.15 will be drawn and credited to PF. Click the below link for downloading the govt order published by Finance Department.

Scale of Pay of HSS Principal Revised

The scale of pay admissible to Higher secondary school teachers on completion of 15 years as per pay revision order 2009 became 24040-38840 whereas the scale of pay of post of Principal is only 22360-37940. Hence an anomolus situation has arisen where the scale of pay of Higher Secondary School Teachers Selection Grade is higher than that of Principal.

Government are therefore pleased to rectify the above anomaly by modifying the scale of pay of the post of Principal as 24040-38840. The modification of scale of pay will take effect from 01.07.2009 as notional and monetory benift with effect from 07.09.2015. Click the below link for downloading GO(MS) No.390/2015(210)/Fin. dtd 07.09.2015.

Pay Scale of HSST Higher Selection Grade Revised

The scale of pay of the HSST Higher Grade(First time bound grade promotion) and selection grade(Second time bound grade promotion) has been revised.

The decision has met long pending demand of this cadre. The decision will also help in removing the stagnation of the HSSTs of the service.

The Govt Order GO(P)No.525/2015/Fin dated 18.11.2015 published. The rate of DA will be enhanced from the existing rate of 86% to 92% with effect from 01.07.2015.
