Data collection for HSST General Transfer 2015 16

The data collection for General transfer of Govt Higher Secondary School Teachers in the Higher secondary department for the year 2015-16 is proposed to be done as per the guidelines prescribed by DHSE.

DHSE has directed to take immediate steps to complete data entry of Employee details, Service details and Home station setting in Transfer portal before 15th May 2015. Hence all the Principals are directed to take immediate steps to complete data entry of employee details in the portal hscap.kerala.gov.in/transfer. For details please follow the links below.

Pay Scale of HSST Higher Selection Grade Revised

The scale of pay of the HSST Higher Grade(First time bound grade promotion) and selection grade(Second time bound grade promotion) has been revised.

The decision has met long pending demand of this cadre. The decision will also help in removing the stagnation of the HSSTs of the service.
