I have a ics file in a email that i want to import into the calender app, searching this out it seem people are able to just click on the ics file and get prompted to open in the calender app.. Despite the fact that the os x mail app handles ics files just fine (displaying the event/meeting details within the email window, and entering the meeting info into ical when the attachment is clicked), the iphone completely lacks this support..
